Project brief

D&B Construction was contracted by GSP Properties, LLC for an expansive ground-up design-build project that broke ground in March of 2019. The 22 unit Business Park at Maidencreek is located in the former location of Riedel’s Nursery. GSP Properties developed this plan with the small business entrepreneur in mind, offering viable options for owners to leverage the economies of scale in new work spaces that will assist in moving their businesses forward. The exterior design is versatile and innovative, including buildings with and without garage doors and warehouse space.

All 11 buildings are divided into two units of 1,500 square feet, and depending on tenant needs other options for subdivision are available. The site sits on five pristine acres of land on one of the busiest corridors in eastern Pennsylvania. Tenants have convenient building access directly from Allentown Pike (Route 222) with ample reserved parking. Designated loading zones are also available on site for larger deliveries. Easy access to major roadways combined with a premium location makes the Business Park at Maidencreek the perfect choice to get your business noticed.
