Project brief

D&B Construction Group was contracted by GSP Properties, LLC to be responsible for an expansive design-build scheduled to break ground on March 1, 2019.  The 22 unit “Business Park at Maidencreek” will be in the former location of Riedel’s Nursery.  GSP Properties developed this plan with the small business entrepreneur in mind and will offer viable options for owners to leverage the economies of scale while offering new and versatile work spaces that will assist in moving their businesses forward.

It is comprised of 11 buildings totaling 33,000 SF of space.  Each building will be divided into 2 units of 1500 SF, but depending on tenant needs, other options for subdivision are available. The site sits on 5 pristine acres of land on one of the busiest corridors in eastern Pennsylvania. Tenants will have convenient building access directly from Allentown Pike (Route 222) with ample reserved parking. Designated loading zones are also available on site for larger deliveries.
