D&B Construction provided renovations to an existing building for Tower Health Medical Group to create their new Family Medicine Sinking Spring location. This office provides primary care for the community. The interior fit out included multiple exam rooms, a large reception area, private breakroom, and a spacious nurse’s station with glass surround. All renovations were complete within three months.

Many site improvements were also part of this project, including new windows, fence, roof, and a new elevator lift to make the building handicap accessible. Other site work included a new parking lot, as well as site lighting.

This building is owned by Motus Development, a privately-held commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading Pennsylvania.
