It is our honor to have been trusted by Apennine Development Company to complete this multi-family project. The Residences at Rehoboth Bay checks all the boxes for a luxurious multi-family condominium. Once construction is complete, you’ll find upscale amenities, including granite kitchen countertops, private balconies, 9’ ceilings and tile showers in each unit. The community features an on-site pool and pool house. There’s even a marina with resident-only boat slips and direct access to the Rehoboth Bay.
