D&B Construction renovated the lower level of an existing building to create a new space for Campanella Eye Care Associates. This upgrade has allowed Campanella to continue to provide their patients the same great service in a new space better suited for their business.

Highlights from this project include many exam rooms, an optical sales area, and a spacious reception area. Employees now enjoy a new entrance, break room, and four newly renovated bathrooms. All interior renovations were complete within three months.

Many site work improvements, including a new elevator lift to make the building handicap accessible, also took place. The building also received new windows, fence, and roof. The parking lot was re-imagined and new lighting was also added.

This building is owned by Motus Equities, a privately-held commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading Pennsylvania.
