D&B Construction was the principal contractor for Riverfront Federal Credit Union’s new three-level state-of-the-art headquarters. Providing cutting edge technology helps RFCU achieve their mission of putting each of their members in a better financial position. This new branch includes a personalized concierge service experience that employs 21st century technology.
The drive thru consists of three Interactive Teller Machines. An ITM is like a traditional ATM but includes a virtual set up that allows the customer service rep to assist you in real time from anywhere in the world. The pandemic encouraged RFCU to invest in these remote customer service capabilities. Not only will this provide customers with safety and peace of mind, but choosing this new banking technology in lieu of the standard ATM and tube system will also help keep RFCU ahead of the curve for many years to come.
Riverfront still firmly believes in human interaction and the value of face to face banking. The interior of the new branch is set up in a more interactive manner than that of a traditional bank. In addition to the traditional teller station, self-service kiosks are also available through Video Integrated Realtime Assistance (VIRA), which is a video teller that enables customers to interact face to face with a "live" Riverfront representative. Members can relax in a comfortable seating area as they complete financial transactions. A café is also available to the public, further emphasizing Riverfront's commitment to customer experience and creating an inviting environment.
