Project brief

D&B Construction is the trusted General Contractor for our client, Brickstone Companies. Wyomissing Square is the future home of 12 suites with mixed-use restaurant and retail space. Formerly Brickstone’s and Viva Bistro and Lounge, the project will include a new outdoor promenade across the full face of the building as well. Outdoor seating and dining will also make up this project, which we began demolition on in late Summer of 2022. Lead abatement work took place and a lot of excavation work occurred, including dropping the dirt floor of the space by 1.5 feet.
