Project brief

The Windward Ridge Apartment Community is located on West Denneys Road in Dover Delaware. This project is being developed by Jack Lingo Asset Management, LLC on behalf of the property owner. Site work has commenced, and the initial building pads are expected to be delivered by early 2026 with D&B Construction to begin vertical construction shortly thereafter.

Windward Ridge Apartments is a 40.12-acre site including 13 apartments buildings consisting of 300
dwelling units, 12 garage structures, a clubhouse and miscellaneous site amenities. Each unit will have private entrances, spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and many other modern finishes.
