The Preserve at Whispering Woods

Since coming out of the ground in the Spring of 2024, D&B has been diligently working on Metropolitan Management Group's first luxury apartment complex in the greater Pittsburgh area–The Preserve at Whispering Woods. Located in Findlay Township, PA this multi-family community will feature 216 apartment homes. We are managing the construction of six 36-unit buildings, a clubhouse that will offer high-end amenities including a pool, sports court, EV charging stations, 11 private garage buildings and a maintenance building.

Conveniently located near the Pittsburgh airport, Whispering Woods will provide residents with the option of 1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes.  Each building includes units that offer an additional den to the floorplans providing additional living space for residents.  With the progress our trades have made to date we expect to deliver our first building in January, 2025.
