The Edge at Dover

Just a few minutes walk from Dover Speedway, Firefly Festival, and Silver Lake  Metropolitan Management Group has broke ground on their introductory project in the First State –The Edge at Dover.  They community will be comprised of 216 luxury apartments. We are overseeing the construction of 6 buildings, a clubhouse loaded with special features and  11 private garages.  The community will offer high-end amenities, such as a pool with cabanas, playground and sports courts, EV charging stations, a fitness center, various entertaining spaces, as well as a dog park complete with a  dog wash located in the clubhouse.

Mobilization of this project began early in the summer of 2024. Our trusted Trade Partners have already made tremendous progress with site work with vertical construction commencing in August 2024.  With out team of trust trades and our construction administration and management teams we expect to complete the community in early 2027.
