The Dublin at Fort Washington

D&B Construction is set to begin site work in late 2024 on the 124 unit mid-rise apartment, The Dublin, which will be Metropolitan Management Group's newest luxury apartment complex design. Located in Fort Washington, PA this multi-family community will feature covered parking garages, a pool, fitness center and a resident lounge.  The project is expected to be completed by Q1, 2027.  When completed the community will be comprised of 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, some of which will include a den.
