Project brief
D&B Construction mobilized and began demolition for this project at the end of July in 2022. The fit-out of this existing space made way for St. Luke's University Health Network's newest Physical Therapy and Primary Care Physician's office.
The Physical Therapy space features a nearly 1,500 SF open gym area for patients, three treatment rooms, a waiting area, check-in and check-out space, and a staff lounge in addition to storage space and restrooms.
The larger PCP area of the renovated space includes eight exam rooms, office space, a nurse's station, medicine room, provider touchdown space, station for vitals, staff lounge, restrooms, and a generous reception and waiting room area.
