Project brief
In January 2023 D&B Construction started construction on the ground-up build of Shiny Shell Carwash which will be the first to be constructed in Pennsylvania. Demolition of a former Fulton Bank building that sat on this 65,208 SF lot was complete in one hour thanks to American Construction & Concrete.
The development of this property was completed by Motus Development, a commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading Pennsylvania.
