The Reserve at River’s Edge

D&B Construction is building 260 new one and two bedroom luxury apartment homes. The Reserve at River's Edge is a 50-acre development with thirteen 8,700 square foot buildings. The complex is at a great location in East Pennsboro Township in Cumberland County with easy access to local shopping and dining. Owned and operated by Metropolitan Companies, each unit will have private entrances, spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a laundry room, and other modern finishes. Many amenities, from a pool and clubhouse to a fitness center, will be available to residents.

Prior to starting construction on this multi-family project, efforts were made to move and preserve the Enola Miller House, a historic home beloved by the community. Moving a historic home built in 1841 and weighing over 400 tons is about as daunting as it sounds.
