Project brief
D&B Construction completed this design-build medical office fit-out at the start of 2023 for Quest Diagnostics. This new space features six patient encounter spaces, a re-imaged waiting area, specimen consolidation room, staff break room, three restrooms. Exterior renovations included the addition of ADA compliant parking spaces and a ramp. It was our pleasure to work alongside our skilled Project Team, which included Architect Olsen Design Group and MEP Engineer, Martarano Engineering, Inc.
