Project brief

D&B Construction is getting ready to start construction on the ground-up build of a Popeyes, which will be conveniently located right off of Penn Avenue in Sinking Spring. This project will also entail a number of site improvements. 

The development of this property was completed by Motus Development, a commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Reading Pennsylvania.
