Mail Shark Warehouse

D&B Construction provided complete construction management services in the land development and pre-construction phases for Mail Shark. As the general contractor, we built a new 24,000 SF warehouse, remodeled the existing 24,000 SF warehouse, and built a new 15,000 SF office building. The project also included a complete upgrade to the electrical services. Safety features, including a sprinkler system with three 65 foot in-ground holding tanks and an autonomous track system for for lifts, were also added.
