Project brief
Leesport Preserve, conveniently located just off of route 61 in Leesport, PA will be a multi-family community with feature 220 apartment homes. We are overseeing the construction of six twenty-unit buildings, four twenty-one-unit buildings one sixteen-unit building, a clubhouse that will offer high-end amenities, 2,400 sq. ft. pool, dog park and a maintenance building.
Mobilization of this project is expected for Q3, 2025.
