D&B Construction is managing the construction of a mixed use design-build project for The Commonwealth Group. We broke ground in August of 2021. The complex is located in Chester County and will feature space for up to eight tenants on the ground floor. This retail and commercial space is for lease and seeking businesses that "will add value to the community." The project also features two floors of multi-family space, which will be composed of 24 garden style one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments. The apartment units will range in size from 910 SF to 1,152 SF and to be ADA compliant. Other amenities will include lush outdoor gathering spaces, walking trails throughout the community, a 6,000 SF plaza, pavilions, gazebos, and tree-lined streets. Learn more here.
