The Reserve at Iroquois

D&B Construction began site work in March of 2022 for Metropolitan Management Group's latest luxury apartment complex –The Reserve at Iroquois. Located in Sinking Spring, PA this multi-family community will feature 180 apartments. We are overseeing the construction of nine buildings, a clubhouse that will offer high-end amenities, such as a pool, and a maintenance building.

Mobilization of this project began at the end of February. Our trusted Trade Partners have already made tremendous progress. H&K Group, Inc. is completing the site work and Earth Engineering Incorporated's Geo Technician was just on site to check the compaction rating of the soil.
