Project brief

D&B Construction began vertical construction June of 2024 for Allied Properties latest luxury apartment complex –French Park Apartments. Located in Newark, Delaware the first phase of this multi-family community will feature 96 apartments. We are overseeing the construction of 4, 24-unit, buildings totaling 112,796 square feet. This will be the first of three phases that will finish with a total of 372 apartments.  Each unit will have private entrances, spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and many other modern finishes.
