Project brief

D&B Construction began vertical construction June of 2025 for Berger Rental Communities expansion at their Dublin Village community. Located in Dublin, Pennsylvania this phase of the multi-family community will add 24 apartments split between two buildings. Each unit will have private entrances, spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and many other modern finishes.
