Centrally located to all major highways, this complex boasts 10 buildings with 21 one and two bedroom units per building. Willowbrook Clubhouse

Project brief

D&B Construction was trusted to build a clubhouse from the ground up for Willowbrook Apartments, a multi-family community located in Delaware County. The Willowbrook Clubhouse brings luxurious amenities to all of this apartment complex’s residents. It features a swimming pool, gym, large community room and two porches for relaxing, with handicap accessibility in mind. Six offices were also included in the design of this building, along with a waiting / gallery area, spacious conference room, and two restrooms.

The Willowbrook Clubhouse is owned and operated by Berger Rental Communities, a real estate rental agency headquartered in Chester County. This project broke ground in June of 2020 and was completed in 8 months.

Conveniently located in the heart of Wyomissing, The Metropolitan is within walking distance of West Reading’s Penn Avenue, giving residents many shopping, dining and entertainment options at their fingertips. The Met features everything from luxurious studio apartments at 550 square feet to three-bedroom apartments at 1,300+ square feet. Loft options are also available. This newly modernized industrial apartment building also has an on-site fitness center, rooftop pool, and other upscale amenities, such as state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with high-end appliances and in-unit washer and dryer.

This 13 building multi-family complex offers spacious one and two bedroom floor plans, ample parking, washer and dryer hook ups, and plenty of closet space. You’ll find upscale appliances and features in the kitchen, including granite countertops, tile backsplash, and recessed lighting. D&B Construction also built a community center which includes a pool and fitness center. Featherton Crossing offers many other luxurious amenities, including an outdoor sundeck, and grill/picnic area, to a car wash station, and walking trail. This complex was built between Harrisburg and Lancaster with easy access to the Harrisburg Airport and major highways.
